Okay so the actual Patreon build just outright replaces the scene with the condom-less variant, justified by Ruby saying that she (somehow) took a birth control before the MC came, rather than giving you a choice like the public build.
There is the sex scene with Jade (which is behind the paywall in the free version).

A Easly way to unlock the Gallery is to open the game_gallery.rpy file in the game folder and change all the False to True.
It is on Patreon too, just some uploaders can't access it Patreon. Itch.io relisted all the games back besides basically the same ones Steam allows a long time ago. Except Itch.io allowed those games back to, but they had to be "free" then there would be no issues with "payment processors".
