It's Pixxgame. They're known for spamming low-quality, janky slop with terrible gameplay. Only the pixel art looks decent.

already tried it, but the game still runs cropped, the resolution doesnt fix

The controls are clumsy, unresponsive, and the music is completely unsuitable for the game. The only thing I liked was the visual part, otherwise it was completely unplayable.
