I actually told her we could just be friends at that point myself, felt like the right call for the way I felt Michelle felt about her and how they tried to kinda play you... in a weird way lol
Well, I fell for her story and shes pretty. If you accept her , you can turn things around for her and make something good out of it in long run, also she opens her feelings , saying that she has no desire to work for money any more, making her suitable for my "romance team" ex porn stars once settled down could became really reliable and loyal to you. (not that i would ever had any romance with such woman tho) but she knows things, she has been there, has good ideas about business ,which can benefit you greatly. I mean i don't mind too much that char is named Luke.. But it kinda breaks immersion for me and if i can use my name instead that makes things hell of a lot more personal and more enjoyable

well exept that she lied to luke and michelle because Alexandra wanted it that ella stops to do the Escort job.

I see where you're coming from, I guess I mostly felt like it was the right thing to do. I got the feeling from the choices that you may be able to pick up the relationship again at a later time. If she had not been involved with Alexandra then I might have been more inclined to forgive her but since I got kind of tired of the constant threesomes in this game I figured I'd cut a girl out. Just wish that Michelle had been a bit harsher with Alexandra but like I said, the relationship will likely be able to be picked up again later. Not that being harsh on her was because of work reasons, she even says she can handle management better. Ella is an asset to the company that can't be simply ignored, Alexandra has experience under her belt that could help a newbie like Luke a lot, and since they are an item you can't really punish one without the other extensively. I cut them off not because I'm petty over them being a thing, but the manipulativeness is something I won't stand for. Well yeah that is the reason I withdrew sex privileges, MC just does not stand for the dishonesty and it makes sense to punish them. Honestly I feel like it would of been within Michelles character to fire Alexandra and she already has some sort of issue with Ella (which I hope causes something interesting to happen). My own "out of character" (or whatever you wanna call it) reason for punishing her is because this game has soooooooo many threesomes that I felt it all became kinda samey. There are already too many girls in the game imo so no big loss especially since it makes sense considering how much both Michelle and MC want discretion.
Regardless of her own personal issues with Ella, it's not easy. They are just getting into new territory with the porn videos, for which Ella is needed, and getting Angel back on track is also something that is needed to done by Luke, like sort of a proof that he can handle a leading position well, as a sign for Lorenzo. As of right now, it is a no-win situation, and Michelle is smart enough to recognize that, so I wouldn't say it was out of her personality.

I partially agree with you and I don't think Ella should be fired but I could see it actually have gone either way. Fairly early on I think Michelle stated to MC that she would give it all up for him so if there was a threat to their relationship I could see her take extreme measures like firing Ella in order to set an example for MC and others not to fuck around. But I am not arguing the non-firing of Ella, I feel it is the right call. I do feel like Alexandra though is entirely expendable, I mean she is just a receptionist with a bit of experience and despite knowing how important discretion is they do this.
Come to think of it I feel like it would have been interesting if Michelle wanted to fire them both but MC has a chance (choice) to intervene and save their jobs. Michelle clearly does not like or trust Ella for whatever reason and I really wish the game got more content that was not just sex scene after sex scene so a bit of drama would be nice imo. That is of course only my opinion and completely respect that the dev has another vision.
If there were a choice to fire them both, I would've gone for that, just because fuck them. Thing is, even though she has a low rank, with her being an item with Ella, and clearly the culprit behind the whole manipulation, getting rid of Alexandra would've caused problems with Ella as well one way or another. Not recognizing that and acting completely on impulse would go against the current flow of the writing and the characteristic Michelle shown so far. Breaching the trust is a serious issue, but since it didn't create some bigger problem, I doubt she'll go that drastic.

Hmm I would agree with you wholeheartedly if we were talking about Michelle early on (probably before confessing her feelings for MC) but I think it would have been a nice chance for a bit of character development if Michelle had reacted harshly and somewhat impulsively. My reasoning here is that meeting MC has had a profound effect on her and when in love it's easy to overreact and do things because they threaten your relationship in some way. Either way I just hope we get to see more inbetween sex stuff happen.

I agree that the current Michelle may act vastly different from her pre-Luke relationship for two reasons 1. as you stated the profound effect of falling in love after her bad past with her ex-husband & 2. If you go the pregnancy route her natural pregnancy hormones mixed with the fertility medicine she was/is taking may cause irrational thoughts/impulsive actions that are bad for business. So any drama that could've been made by punishing one or both Ella/Alexandra would've made more sense storywise then entire addition/purpose of Gia, who seemed like an attempt to add another Incest couple or swingers in addition to (Samatha/her son, Rachal/MC Krysten/MC for Incest) or (Ella's ex-husband Michael for Sharing/swingers) just for the few who want/need more than was available.
