I don't know what "dungeon" you are talking about, but, you always can continue the story via your phone, pressing P or through the cell phone in your inventory, key items. If your next thing done was the fight agains the crazy scientist, then you received the alert of "end of this version" story content.
Edit: I checked the Stage and realized I messed up. I forgot to include the condition for the Stage to appear. Damn it! Nearly New Year, and now I have to do some bugfixes to ensure our Brotherhood's savegames aren't fucked by this mistake.
If you've completed the Stage before the correct trigger point, you’ll likely get stuck inside the Stage. Thankfully, it’s the end of this update, so you won’t lose any progress. In the next update, players who got stuck will be teleported back to the city and can continue playing normally. New players will experience the right event order.
Fortunately, it’s nothing story-breaking, just an annoying but harmless mistake.
Thank you for, even unintentionally, bringing this issue to my attention.

You can spend time with everyone, if you choose to, but if you are asking if you can get the high relationship points with everyone, you will need another playthrough. Of the 10 girls, you must be capable to get the max relationship of 3-4 of them. At the story end, I don't know yet if it will be a solo romance with 1 girl, or I'll add give the option to have 1 girl as wife and 2 as girlfriends/mistress.
Abou the choices, more ahead in the game I'll add the girls to the city map, so you can visit them for some events. But the choices you make during the main story events, no, there's no way to go back unless you go on a second playthrough. When the choices shows up, go for the girl you like most.
not if i never say who im gunning for. also side note is jess face supposed to look any diffrent due to her haveing ds cuz if so i dont see it all just looks like a normal girl to me

i like haveing to make choises lol. right side note are we not supposed to be able to save during dialouge i think i found if you hold w then press esc it might bring up the menu but it also doenst some of the time is that intentional or are some buttons not working as intedned
Limitations of the engine. There's no way to open the menu during the events, because even if you save in the middle of a event, when you load your game, the event will go back to the beginning, but keeping your choices, and it, if you make different choices, can bug the entire game order, and Chaos will take hold before he should in the time line. That's why I force open the save game menu at the start of each scene. You don't see the "scenes" count, but it help me to keep things in order.
