I know that, by now, the Dev has already loaded up the Vauxhall Viva and is (probably) half way to Clacton - but I was wondering if the game is going to be on Steam at any point?
Granted, I will download it as soon as it appears here, but I do like to buy games that i enjoy (all of them on Steam).

Ok, my initial thoughts on this (ok, ok, don't everyone run to read this!)
"Bad" first. I'm not a big fan of the "slide show-esque" graphics when in conversation, it's a little immersion breaking for me, Daz does that part better.
And for the good, GOD DAMN THE WOMEN ARE HOT!!!! Both character cards and ESPECIALLY the animations, Holy Cthulhu those are fantastic!
The lewd scene was one of the best looking I've ever seen.
Good in game lore excuse for more nudity, me likey
And the story and characters had me gripped from the get go. This is definitely one of the best starts to a VN I've played, EXCELLENT job jubs!!!
And thanks MiltonPowers and motseer for making me aware of this, I owe both of you a beer

Emelia has two children Nicole and Vernon - they are currently running the guild's office in another city (per the codex)Hmmm... not sure. Excellent story telling, not your typical VN, but well worth it for the story. Eagerly awaiting the next update!

Hi there Jubs! I haven't played the game yet, but I'm on the lookout to starting it rather soon, although first I wanted to check the tags and the dev notes to be fully aware of the content that might be introduced in the game. I've also been reading some comments to get a full grasp of the situation as of now. So far everything seems really good, but I have one question, not as a concern mainly just as a doubt, as I don't think it has been clarified in any of the comments (and if it has, I'm sorry for asking again):
I see that femdom is already on the future tags list, while maledom is in the possible future ones, but it hasn't been decided if it'll be implemented yet or not. I'm honestly not a big fan of either, although femdom is definitely less to my liking. That's why usually, when I see the two tags present, I know that there can be a point in the story in which you can 'turn the tables' on (a) dom character(s), but in here I don't know it that'll be the case.
My question is: will femdom be an unavoidable route for any specific LI, or will those have an alternate vanilla/romantic route? Femdom isn't going to prevent me from playing the game or romancing someone, but I'd much rather prefer if there was an alternative, whether if it is by the MC being the dominant one or by a more 'balanced' relationship, as it would put my mind much more at ease.
For the rest, it honestly sounds like a really good premise for the game, can't wait to try it out once I have a bit more free time.

Hello, it's not femdom as in dominatrix type stuff. It's femdom in that at least one of the female characters prefers to be in charge in the bedroom. But I don't go in for the sort of demeaning, belittling, total domination kind of thing. So it's really no more than that. Maledom, isn't planned, but it's something that could be in the game, I just don't see where at this time as the MC isn't really that way inclined, but he could be if his partner wanted him to be. As with the femdom stuff, it would likely take one of two forms - consensual bedroom games (light BDSM) or you witnessing non-consensual domination of actual slaves and prisoners, as a bad thing that you are there to stop.
It's her fingers half in the water. That scene is animated, so her hand is in the water and it is flowing all around it. Appreciate the still looks a little dodgy but it's the image that the animation is based off.
And no, it isn't an errant slice of bacon bobbing away on the waves.

I had initially thought not... but the more I think about it the more I think... maybe. It would need to be at a point where I can justify releasing it on Steam. So if the game is popular enough, there is a point where "book 1" will be finished and that's where I would look at releasing on Steam.
Yea... he's a little bit too pumped up in a couple of these images, but it's really difficult to get a level of muscle that is "impressive" but not "would burst if pierced by a needle." I'm gradually aiming to get him to to mature into a more rugged survivable look. The Hollywood superhero look is not really practical in a world where every calorie has a value attached to it in magic. Something more like this:
The arnie/chris hemsworth look is great in theory. However, according to "science" this sort of softer look is viewed as more attractive to women (hence that whole thing about the dad bod). This is because, from an evolutionary perspective, they look strong and like they could survive a period of famine. Whereas Arnie would be the first to die in that circumstance. Unless he kills and eats the weaker ones first I suppose. But again, cannibalism is probably not considered all that attractive a trait. Also, apparently ladies generally like a man who they can cuddle and who doesn't look like they spend every spare hour of their life in a gym and measuring their protein intake. But that change will take a while, the story extends over many years, so he still has plenty of time to work on his oiled up mr universe look.

You are on to something there. My son is a certified personal trainer, and he will tell you from a professional standpoint that the guy in this pic is almost always stronger and more durable than the 4% body fat over defined Mr. Universe body type. There is such a thing as the perfect balance between body fat and muscle. It varies from individual to individual and it also varies with climate. Another little known fact; how much you can bench press has very little to do with how strong you are. How much you can dead lift is a much better indicator.
