pay wall to save the game.... fuck this, i'm out.
It's funny because the dev is guilty of copyright infringment yet they have successfully managed to prevent people from stealing content from them that they don't even own. And the replies from here speak volumes... But hay look on the bright side, the fact that all the good scenes are behind a paywall just proves that the dev has good tastes LOL
literally visited this thread for less than two minutes and three quarters of the comments are about patreon restrictions
Probably because three quarters of the game is locked behind patreon
I will say something positive for a change in this thread. Just looked at the scripts and overall build out of boredom (it can be better than porn at times) and while a part of the game is encrypted and I don't want to even to bother checking if something could be done about it, we are not loosing much. Comparing paywall functions from old cracked version to the free stuff, it doesn't look as if much changed there:
If you want multiple saves just copy save.json file and you have a very clunky and a bit annoying multi save system, even that would not be really needed if we had a walkthrough.
As for the skip button, it's an absolute garbage - it's slow as fk and you have to mouse over it and hold it - just a simple macro to click rapidly or a gaming mouse like in my case is so much better than whatever is in paid version.
Honestly, if someone shared a walkthrough this would be quite playable (with click spam macro).

Dude, if you want to play with skip and saves for free, you can just play our _official_ free builds (episode 1, 2, 3, 4) on itch.io, it's completely free for everyone, no need to crack something.

Huh? What? Since when is this a thing? Why did the dev fight with this community for two years?
Nice to have saves and skip function, i'll stay with my mouse macro since it's more convenient, but that's still great.
Now all we need is a walkthrough and this will start to actually get good reviews.

That builds are available for more than a year and we share it on our patreon.
Why? Because this chapters are completed, but Lanaya's chapter is not finished, so we need support of our patrons. All builds with paywalls are just demos for people who want to support us and see future updates.
So you can play finished chapters for free.
About the *good* reviews. To be honest I don't believe it. People will continue to post negative reviews, because the thread already have loads of negative reviews.
Nah, 90% of the negativity is because saves are behind a paywall and remaining 10% because scenes are behind a paywall, with saves avaible I would change my rating and I will now.
In my opinion no saves/one save by paywall = 1 star, no saves/one save by design = 2 stars, saves avaible 3-4 stars, simply because of how gameplay works here.
Having some content behind a paywall feels like DLC, not great but understandable, the major gripe was basic features and if that is resolved it will no longer feel like F2P game where you have to grind 40 hours for something you can buy with cash going P2W.

There is gallery in game, you have to unlock the scenes first though, you can do it either by playing (refer to the posts directly above you) or by downloading the game, unpacking app file and replacing gallery.json with save from previous page.

What the fuck? 15$ to be able to save game and every scene, for ONLY A MONTH? I'm fine with one time payment but 15 bucks a month for a few more scenes and save slots is greedy as hell. At least when you play EA games if you pay they won't take the product away from you after 30 days

I’m gonna say something positive cause everything else has been said. I really enjoy this VN. It’s lighthearted, the setting is great and the girls are into everything, and the art is wonderful. I also like how you can discover all the endings rather quickly.
The art especially is so unique, and warm and detailed, it’s unlike any other game I’ve seen here.

I agree...Also, I suddenly like the fact that only 1 save is available. When I first started unlocking all the scenes, it forced me to really strain my brain, as well as come up with different combinations of answers, and then still puzzle over how and why I failed to get the scene I wanted.
I love it when you have to make at least some effort to achieve something. That's another game I recently went through, of course there's great drawing and scenes, super high quality game, even animations are there, but it's impossible to miss something there....saves as much as your ass how many of them there are! It's not even a game, but essentially an interactive porno cartoon...

The claim is that they're infringing on copyright because the game is based on a property that they don't own, and it is technically copyright infringement (and raises some questions about how aggressive the monetisation should be before it becomes immoral) but probably 50% of the games on here infringe in the same way, so.
