I found a similar workaround for 0.40:
1. Open not_auth.js, find: if(_0x322487[_0x24f168(0xa81,'zDUL')
2. Replace with: if(false && _0x322487[_0x24f168(0xa81,'zDUL')
3. Save and start game.

The specific line of code to find will likely change every version but can be found again with a little sleuthing. Thanks to the person who originally found this out

This game looks fantastic! Beautiful fairy tale graphics, I'm a fan. But the game's rating is very low. Is this game really that bad?

The videogame is basically P2P,the free version is all fucked up and you only have one save slot in a multiple choices game so people are mad as fuck.

Will we ever get another cracked version of this again? I'm guessing people in to that probably can't be bothered doing it for every single release but it'd be nice to see another one. At least I'm assuming that unlocked save doesn't still work.
