You don't. Unlocked "file" is just the old version of the game, it cannot be applied to any of fresher versions.

For future reference: all gallery scenes are indexed in resources/app/static/json/gallery_locked_v3.json file, you can manually update gallery save by your own by adding load_id indexes from said file to your gallery save.

I pulled all the v0.23 load IDs into a json file (finally putting my python skills to use!)

Specifically, drop this json file into \resources\app

It unlocks all the gallery items from the above gallery_locked_v3.json file.
