You can play the "Lyralei in the Tavern" story arc. Choose "Chapter 1, 5, 7, and 8". Then stop Lyralei from drinking more. You'll get the lesbian ending.

You can refuse all the men's harassment, if you want, but the game is not fully lesbian. It contains some lesbian routes, and there is a full lesbian path, but it ends with a scene with Mirana. It's lesbian or futa, optional.
(But it's one of the three patron only scenes)

I did exactly as you told me, man, but after the last completed item on your list, the lesbian scene in the toilet is still activated...

I tried both online and offline versions, starting with Act 1 and Act 2, but this scene always catches up with me.

Perhaps it is not I, cursed and doomed, but you, blessed and exalted? Well, I'm absolutely fucking serious! Well, it can't be that 2 people do absolutely the same thing, but the result is completely different
