Outch.

Looks like the kagura release was messy. At least the steam release going by a conversation beetween one of the tech guys saying "i can hear sounds" just fine and the other people saying "they are not playing".

"3 or 4 people cannot know more than me the "kagura tech" lol

If you do want to see the name the tech you can just hop on kagura server. I just found it funny that he was just "but it works on mine therefore no issue".

Gues techs have access to fully working versions while the public gets the bugs :ROFLMAO:

Jackal_86 Got the same problem. I bought the game from kagura website and whenever I try to install the patch it keeps saying "wrong version, need to have steam or gog version"... what a shit website and concept...

EDIT: Considering I downloaded the game from them, I would assume the patch is already applied, but it doesn't say that anywhere.

This may be an odd question, but are you changing the installed to point to the right folder location? I haven't used this one yet but most of there patch installers have this and it defaults to the Steam install location, so if not there you need to manually point. If that doesn't work then unsure what to do.

If u got the game from kagura website it is patched and most likely up to date.

so yeah it wont need a patch.
but they borked the steam version, seems like something was wrong with the patch that it was missign critical files thus the update annoucement in discord.

Also I didn't see a Kagura version post. Is the main post updated, did I miss it, or are we still waiting?

well the kagura version in the last page is 1.01 , the game is currently on 1.02 and is still having crashes, including when u are in specific outfits.

So someone will need to upload a steam version or , a copy of the kg version every single time they update the game

If you bought from Kagura itself, the game you bought is already patched. If you want to update the game to the latest patch, you would need to download again from Kagura.

Kagura 1.01 was the version that they launched with.

1.02 had the following changelog:
- Fixed certain scene sound effects not being restored by the Restoration Patch.
- Fixed various typos and graphical glitches in skill descriptions, battle log text, and some shop UI text.
- Fixed some text clipping in the quick details window (when viewing skills via the D key) and the Compendium.
- Adjusted text positioning for Aptitude (elemental) names and percentages, and unified their references.
- Fixed a capitalization error in the Equip menu.

1.03 is this one:
- Fixed a crash during Subquest 36 when Lunaria is wearing a certain outfit.
- Fixed Japanese text showing in Chapter splash images.
- Fixed some enemies appearing when they should not be.
- Fixed some states not applying their Aptitudes bonuses.
- Fixed 2 untranslated battle popup texts.
- Harmonized and adjusted some map names translations.
- Fixed miscellaneous translation errors (pluralization, punctuation, objects, item tagging).
