Go to:
"game location"/renpy/Common/ here search for file 00console.rpy (not .rnpy) and edit it (notepad++ is ok)
look for line 108 which is like:
config.console = False
and change value False to True in line. Remember Capital letter "t". Save. Exit. Open game exe.
Open ingame console by pressing Ctrl + O (left control and O (not zero)).

So, the cheat codes changed AGAIN?! smfh...
Does anyone know how to find them? I'd like to try and find them, myself. I'll share what I come up with.
By the way, has the capacity of the backpack gone down to 7? Didn't it use to be 10?
edit: been trying some codes. These work, so far:
v_home_chocolate=xx
v_home_batteries=xx
v_home_wine=xx
To make your backpack bigger, you can alter this variable:
v_my_weight_max=7
If you want to increase the submission of mother, sister and Jess alter the following values:
mother: v_m_sub=x
sister: v_s_sub=x
Jess: v_j_sub=x

the easiest way is to add the developer console
i create a "enable_console.rpy" and i add the two lines :
init 5 python :
config.developer = True
just copy that file in "game"
this way, you can use SHIFT+ D to have the list of currently used variables.

and download the file "options.rpy". Put that file inside the "game" folder. Then open up the game and press "SHIFT"+"O".

Yes, that's for as far as I know still all you can do. Although, if you look at the change log, at the 1st page of this thread their should have been added some scenes. So maybe you have to do some additional stuff to make these scenes happen.
