how do you get the strapon scenes or the scenes where both girls are in the living room

For the girls in the living room, you need to have the mother or daughter strip in the living room several times until you're caught by the other one (Note: make sure you have their submission/love up nice and high before this or it'll end badly). If you are able to get the good outcome to the scene that follows, you'll be able to enter the living room when they're both in there in the afternoons and progress through the options that will open up.

That is a very good question. The answer to that is prolly no. That is the reason I quit playing, because they stopped working on Incest Patch. Until I see that again I won't play it.
