Vamprirism is a spell you can obtain by talking to the ancestor. You can steal her hp until she has ~3 and she surrenders. It's weird that she managed to knock you out every time, maybe you return with too low health. If I clicked the flee button, I think the chances were like 1/2-1/3 to get hit.
Also I guess it could help if you go few small raids instead of a big one.

Everything is ??? cause it's not in the game anymore. You can get her naked and that's about it (unless you get the panties bug and get stuck on nothing). The cleansers are like everything else : random. Though you should have seen a few if you 100% most of the map. Just run around houses aimlessly for hours, you should get some. 100% is just the other "sub" map unlocks, it's not "you got everything that can drop as loot"

i have the same problem. At first everything was locked and i was like: WTF, then i realised i need her to admit my leadership to unlock the scenes. But now with the v0.51 im stuck again, just as afsdljk said. 3 new scenes added but ofc locked until she drops her panties but this is locked too...
