You don't. It's not in the game (as of the previous version and isn't mentioned in the update). To get started, talk to the demonhunters and give them booze (either beer or wine). You can find them wandering by the gas station to the northwest of your house. Ask about all the stuff you can ask. They'll eventually tell you where their HQ is, but if you go there, you'll get told it's not in the game yet.
The indicated area is the HQ. The one with the red truck and gas pump to the SW of it is where to find the hunters.

Just run then, you'll lose your loot though. You probably need some of the spells the glasses-girl (whose name eludes me) teaches you

No! It's version specific.
Actually it can work. Well everything might not work properly. I tried it and some of the cheats still can work for v0.52 but again everything might not work and waiting for an update for the cheats might be recommended. v0.52 is only a small update from v0.51.
