That isn't really a thing in lust doll, you can just give yourself stats at character creation but using someone elses save would just mean there is nothing left to do.

If you have console access, $gameParty._gold = 1e8-1 (or $gameParty.gainGold(1e8-1)). The gainGold() method automatically clamps the result to maxGold().

If you don't, saveeditonline, MVSaveFile, or just do honest ero shows with full ero buffs at max Lust. With base 35+ Ero and all buffs, you should be getting thousands of credits in no time.

I think you have to fight one until you get the prompt that fighting is no good and you should retreat, escape and then visit the fairy queen. I believe you have to talk to her multiple times in one visit and then trade a block of cheese for the secret.

You need to find out where to buy counterfeit passes by giving the weirdly all-knowing homeless guy food until he tells you about the passes, then you need to get a massage from Lin Lin where she tells you about how to make them more authentic.

Not anytime soon. Some stuff from original LD still hasn't been added and quite a lot more stuff is still wip.
Also main story is very far from complete since pretty much no progress has been made on that for quite some time.
