Hey, you might have to reset the rpg maker registry keys to get it to work. Instructions:

RGSS3 Player has stopped working (FIX)
This fix is specifically for Labyrinthine Dreams, but may work for other RPG Maker Games.
- Close game
- Open "Run"
- Type "regedit"
- In the menu bar at the top, go to "Edit" and then "Find"
- Type "Enterbrain" and press OK
- Wait for search result to populate
- Right-click on "Enterbrain" folder and delete
