It's been a while since I checked up on Lust Doll. How far has LD+ gotten in terms of story compared to the original LD? Has it caught up to LD, or have additional story events been added?

Forest Park the first time. Otherwise, she can also be in the city jail/Transylvania!
Only Rinny, Cassie, and half of Fawn's routes are in. Also NPC's with no route yet, like Sammy and Lin Lin. Most of them have new content not in the original though!
Still a long ways to go before it catches up. I'm also adding new stuff on the way, like a better version of the milk farm, with new NPC, etc.
Just curious, ya the original dev aren't you indivi? Just wonderin why make a new game (well, new thread for lust doll Plus) instead of adding what ya done to ya existing game? Or have you changed stuff so much that its rebuilt with all the original chars/plotlines ya got plotted out?

Yes, I am! And multiple reasons:
-redesign the game for mobile
-obtain Mac, Linux, and HTML5 porting support
-I'm a better programmer now, but a lot of the framework for the original can't be changed easily (imagine building a house on top of a foundation, then wanting to change the foundation because you know better how to make one.)
-wanted to revise a lot of the game's mechanics and earlier events.

I just went back and played the original (I only found the original though playing this version) and i can say so far that everything in this version has been a improvement and i look forward to seeing where ya take this.

Will it be possible to have normal sex with her later or will she always be crazy like in the scenes when you fap in public toilets and get caught at home or when she starts to "negotiate with the don"?^^ Not a big fan of those aggressive types of sex/punishment scenes but Arlene looks still cute as heck.

You mean when she's listing the different scenes you can do with her when you enter the tower? That is cute yes, although I feel there probably should be an 'I know what I want to do with you' option to go straight to the menu rather than having to go through all the options each time.

I'm playing LD+, and I'm at loss in what to do. I've finished the mansion quest, therefore presumably also finishing Ronny's route but I got no map out of it. Cassie's still in the warehouse, telling me to keep my mouth. How do I progress things? Some said I must break into locked room in the bathhouse, but I don't know how

You're thinking of the original game! A lot of things are different in LD+. For Cassie, force your way past the toll guy in the slums, then sleep and return to the slums to start her route!
