I have no idea what to do in this "game".
There seems to be just 3 locations, with nothing to do except exchange repetitive gossip with various unnamed characters?
Has anyone gone further, and can explain how?

So I've got all locations unlocked and I've run through it a couple times, pretty simple so far. Story is relatively unfinished and once you get through it you just have the gloryhole, random encounters in the town, and the brothel to work at.
Working at the brothel, and having sex with NPCs nets you higher points for higher arousal, raise arousal by masturbating in bed. In random encounters, respect goes down if you use too much power and kill the opponent, or are defeated by them, or give up.
Respect goes up for using just enough to put them down, but not kill them. (This metric does not seem to matter yet)
I've put my save here, full corruption, morality, and respect.
