It's an interesting game even without the porn elements actually, interesting graphic adventure. The porn anyway works nice storywise, it's an essential part of it. The porn scenes are nice when they happen but a bit short. It should have improved a bit some of the most repetitive elements (sometimes it's just a come there, get that, come back, in a totally unchallenging way.

Its a good game and i recommend it.
Objectively it is one of the best on the site, such quality is difficult to find in games of this genre.
Possible to complete the story even without walkthrough, which is very good. If you're aiming for 100%, unlocking everything possible, then walktrought is a must.
The story is nice and interesting enough, but the game also has some flaws.
1) The teleporter unlocks after too long, ok, it doesn't unlock late, but it's a game where you have to go back and forth until the end, it's not a real "game".
2) Once in a while (happens very rarely) the game crashes, you can still save if you know the location of the save (the screen stays black, but you can do everything as if nothing happened).
3) The voices present at the beginning of the dialogue are very annoying
4) The characterization of the male characters is awful. It's not clear how they get along. In one dialogue they insult each other, in another they make fun of each other, in the next they act like normal friends. In short, I've never read about friendships and/or acquaintances in such a confused way.
Excellent ending that puts the right dose of curiosity for the next title.

Story- Good, but crazy, story.
Originality- Trapped in a confined space mystery/adventure story with sexy results. Not terribly original but well enough executed that you don’t notice
Art- Quality renders of exaggeratedly (but not cartoonishly so) busty and buxom (mostly older) women
Sound- music is fine, fits the mood when necessary, but generic. Sound effects are functional, but sometimes annoying.
Voice Acting- Mostly sex noises
Mechanics- standard RPGM no combat Puzzle/adventure game. Puzzles are fine and integrate into the story well enough with enough variety that it doesn’t feel repetitive.
Animations- Jerky and not very smooth due to low frame counts, but good quality otherwise.
Bugs- Minimal in my experience
Amount of content- 10+ hours with a single ending and no replayability.
Subjective stuff- Incest is wallpapered over, so it’s hard to ignore. Taking your brother’s wife is hotter to me than oedipus so I would have preferred leaning harder on that. If you’re interested in this creator definitely play this before Treasure of Nadia as the next game is significantly improved.

One of the best games on this site. It somehow manages to be naughty and endearing at the same time. A phenomenal game that sets the standard.

Fuck I honestly don't know what else to say to meet the 200 character minimum. Other reviews have already said everything there is to say.

A classic from the genre.
A very intriguing story who escalade more and more without getting bored in my opinion, mixing futile favor for getting some lewd scene between advancing to witness some mysterious events in the mean while.
A challenging RPGM without a guide.

The sex scenes are very well made, but you are going to be less impressed if you played to the sequels first (Treasure of Nadia & The Genesis Order).

The characters are attractives.

Very good stuff to be entertained, enjoy most of it without being necessary annoyed with some minor and classical aspects to me such as morality or some unlikely part of MC's personnality.

Long, detailed, smart story with twists and all.
Puzzles, gathering stuff and connecting pieces are fun and smart.

Decent. I am not much of an RPG maker player, but I feel like NLT did a good job with it. You play as an insufferable brat in a university plagued by mysteries.
Be mindful that there's no auto save. I played for a few hours and as the idiot I am didn't save and then it crashed so that was fun. So learn from my lesson and save often.
Overall pretty good game though.

I played version 1.00 of the game on hard mode. I made it 22% in before I gave up due to one main factor I will get to shortly.

STORY
The basic premise is fine. The protagonist lives in a town that has been running rampant with sex scandals, and your school's reputation was tarnished by the media due to one of them. While reps of the school were attempting to take legal action the town gets flooded and a small group of people have no choice but to hold up in a church/school.
Unfortunately the main character is a creepy sex pest and there's nothing you can really do about it. This is not a game where there are options to get through the game through honest means, if you're going to progress you have no choice but to date rape women constantly. I don't know about you, but I don't find these situations erotic in the slightest.
There's a lot of room for very questionable behavior in adult entertainment. Most games feature characters you'd call creeps at best with all their peeping and habitual line stepping. A game where your character is just looking for chances to use mind altering substances to get sex is beyond the pale.
Linear games can be fine, but I have never seen a game whose story could have been improved more by giving the player some more agency. Good lord did the shit you have no choice but to do turn me off of this game. Games where you have the choice between evil and not-evil are fine, but a game where you have no choice? No interest here!

PRESENTATION
For a game that makes use of stock models so heavily it's not that bad looking. The opening animation is somewhat impressive for a game of this scale. If you like long, drawn out sex scenes this game won't be for you, but I personally like the shorter approach with more options.
The top down art is a mixed bag. The backgrounds are decent, but the character sprites look very goofy a lot of the time, especially when walking or looking sideways. The choice to the same models as the more detailed portraits and scenes pays off when characters are in less stock poses at least.

GAMEPLAY
Dull. Tedious. You walk around the map looking for stuff to grab then go to the one spot that actually advances the plot.
Character interactions is rudimentary at best. You can talk, ask to have sex, and if you're playing in hard mode use the very abstract heart containers to give yourself more room to improve your relationship with the women. Would have been nice if this more more natural and not wholly abstract. This by the way is what separates normal from hard? The heart containers are everywhere, easy to spot, easy to get.

FINAL THOUGHTS
If you like playing as a guy who can't have sex without first using a magical date rape drug you might enjoy this. For everyone else stay far, far away from Lust Epidemic. Hell, even if you ARE fine with that you could do better than this game's plodding pace and dull as dirt hunt for items RPG Maker engine adventure game stylings. For a game that uses DAZ studio models it looks decent, but when you compare it to any game that doesn't use stock or ripped models for its artwork it's an embarrassment.

TLDR:
A great example of what can be achieved in RPGM. This game is both, a 'detective' game and an 'adult' game and IMO, given the polish and effort put into it any rating other than 5/5 stars would be unfair.
Definitely give this a try if you're still in doubt.

A Bit of Context:
I decided to give this a go before playing 'Treasure of Nadia'. And about 30 hours later I 100%-ed game. I'm glad I did it.
Below I'll highlight my likes and dislikes (I'll hide them to save your screen space, but feel free to read on):

Lust Epidemic v1.0 [Completed]

I played this game back in late 2018 up to mid of 2019 but stopped (did not finished) due to technical issues. Recently, I decided to complete both Lust Epidemic and Treasure Of Nadia, I wanted to start with this game being the first in the series but I had lost the save files (had to start from the beginning), so I completed ToN (which was already at 80% completion) first.

I guess I should have started with this game first because clearly ToN had improved a lot especially the renders and animations. However, this game is still good if not great for a 2018 RPGM game.

The story is well written and I enjoyed it very much. I don't have favorites LIs in this game but all the girls/LIs are alright. Some might like it or hate it but the core lewd theme are MILFs.

There are a lot of contents offered by the game for events that occurred in the span of just a few in-game days. Game has replayability for lewd scenes during and after completion.

No money grind but the map is huge so a lot of travelling 'grind' required, which can be a turn off for some.

The cutscenes and lewd scenes are fairly short which is a plus since they are non-skippable (you can fast forward either by rapid clicking/pressing, or click/press and hold).

5 stars from me because of all the above and most importantly, the game mechanics implementation was good which gave me satisfactory gameplay experience.

When it comes to RPGM games they tend to mostly fail in the whole combat system and grinding to proceed further in the story, eliminating that and adding puzzles as well exploring with good looking sprites and interesting mechanics and a well-made story, brings out the best of the engine along-side storytelling.

Best rpgm game with lots of fluid animation but the only miss is some female models are not that great looking but NLT has overcame those miss on its next title "Treasure of Nadia" and hope to keep on improving on next projects as well. And some times it kinda feel bit stale but overall 7.5/10.

MILFS. The usual fetch quest game, but the story is decent. Thriller/Mystery genre with some humor. Gameplay is straightforward. Visually, the models were great. The sex scenes were too quick, but there's a bunch of them.

The entire game is ridiculous. Its just a "complex structured" scene player, or datin sim. You go from one place to another getting keys and uinlocking doors to complete subquests and level up the heart level of each girl which allows more lewd scenes.
But msot of the time you use the magic serum that you need to have available in your inventory. And that's it for character development don't expect developping any kind of relationship, maybe the nun, but she also needs the "fuck serum". A plot device is always better than writing 500 lines of character development.

And at some point I found that there are 2 girls behind doors that you need to unlock, to fuck them, I guess, but I don't expect to develop any relationship with them before spraying them with the plot serum.

I find this type of game, very entertaining as a game, but very poor as porn game.
Lets try to summarize and not lose much time with this:

-Visually looks good enough, I dont like this young looking girls with aged face thing that happens to have 95% of similar features, but it looks good.
- The gameplay is entertaining, even if you may find it polintless cause its a porn game.
- Ambient music and sounds and all that, nice.

For the bad:
- As for the Lewd, Way too gameplay heavy, and barely anything story driven. Everything is behind a 90% gameplay element.
- Most of the puzzles only have the objective of unlocking scenes in the scene player "play" menu. Personally I fond it ridiculous, but very convenient for a developer.
- Sexual scenes are the opposite of dynamic, camera seems pretty static and poses also, most of the scenes I watched happened in a single take with one camera angle.

Considering the range of emotions I experienced and the luck of sexual arousal during the 30% I completed, the experience was very poor. I dont consider it terrible cause the gameplay is entertaining, but what I got is not rewarding at all, it didnt do anything for my penis.

For an indie development made with the RPGM engine, this game comes across as exceptionally polished. You can really acknowledge they know what they are doing!
Content-wise here is what I liked: Elaborated story with nice twists, especially in the end. Beautiful erotic display of the bodies. Witty humor. Most puzzles are well aligned for the causal gamer. Getting the 100 percent status is easy and is available after completing the game. The overall length of the game is very impressive.

What I disliked:
- At the start there is a lot of text and information that may be interesting once you are engaged in the game. But if you picked it up you are not at this stage yet, so should have avoided that. Unfortunately, this is a downside many other games get wrong.
- Very often I had no clue what to do next. E. g., for continuation you usually need to talk to somebody in a far away place. So I ended up to repeatedly have to consult the hint-tool in the game. Its presence is helpful though so at least you can refrain from juggling with online guides.
- as for the erotic aspects, I would rate it as alright but not awesome. The incest stuff aside, it is all rather vanilla. Makes me wonder though if over time we got too perverted in fetishes to not appreciate the normal stuff anymore...

So overall a game very much worth checking out. I give it a 7 out of 10.

The Good:
The art direction is, as expected, exceptional and consistent. Models are on-point and fit well within their environments. The character writing is serviceable and the plot exists. The CG's are gorgeous but...

The Bad:
The erotic scenes are mostly devoid of life and are pretty pump pump whiii and we're done. The writing here is simply bad, if it exists at all. Because of this, the whole thing becomes old pretty fast and I personally found myself bored with the whole thing. Therefore...

The Disappointing:
The game wears out its welcome around the half-way point and I have no more interest in continuing. 'Gameplay' is exceptionally boring (even though I like point and click adventures) and feels like a chore.

I've enjoyed what I've played until I burned out on the whole thing and I was just waiting for it to finish... before hitting 50% completion. The story is not gripping enough to keep me engaged and I honestly don't really enjoy most of the characters so I don't particularly care about most of them.

There's certainly something to be found here and I recommend trying it at the very least.

I will be a bit hursh on this game, read my points and decide for yourself if u care about those, if not, this game is worth your time.
I start with the MC, another dude that looks like an average teenager, but with a giant shlong ofc, as a person he is quite plain, and a bit on the creep side, so i dont really see much reason why would all those women find him attractive in any way, but wathever.
Gameplay is a slog, very boring, dialogue is stupid too, the main plot might be alright, but since i never finished the game i dont really know how it all ends.
The thing that i dislike the most is the sex scenes, i'm not a horny teen at this point, good looking pictures(and they are really good in this game btw) dont do anything for me, there was a time when i could get off on some booba pic, but it was a long time ago, i need some more context my dude, some description of the action and mc or the girls thoughts or something, your animnation just dont do anything for me, so the sex part is already a no go, and since the gameplay is garbage and mc is some average horny loser there is literally nothing expect good visuals in this game, if u, as a gamer dont care about any of this points i reccomend this game, u will probably enjoy it and maybe even fap, its just so happens that all the author games are the same shit so i have to skip them too for the same reasons sadly.

Played this game months ago, it took me a lot and I really liked it. Even better than the sequel, even though the sequel has something like 140 scenes while this one around 40, if I remember correctly, these 40 scenese are much better. The scenes of sequel are really just too rushed, let's talk about the amount of time it took for the mc here to "make love" (let's not be too rude) with his mother and compare it with any other scene with the other game, come on... This one is really great, I like more the girls and everything, the only 2 thing the sequel is better than this one are... The gameplay, the possibility to take statues and upgrade your home (nice idea ngl) and the possibility to go to bad with "Sister", can't remember her name but I'm talking about that beautiful granny, I wanted so badly to have some scenes with her in the 1st one but it just wasn't possible, at least we got some scenes in the sequel STILL only the first scenes are good, than with the harem SH*T it really starts getting worse and worse, you got 140 scenes there and the majority of it are harem like come on... Nothing else to say, this game deserves a lot, deserves to be played even if it takes you 20 hours (it took me around 18 hours if I remember correctly).

Lust Epidemic was my first game from NLT, and it absolutely didn't disappoint. I had originally planned on playing Treasure of Nadia but saw it was the follow-up to this. Glad I didn't skip it.

Truly this is one of the best ways to do RPGM right. With an interesting premise, beautiful H-scenes, and somewhat fun puzzles (so long as you don't mind a bit of fetch/backtracking)

H-scenes
Overall the animations and statics are simple but beautifully done.

The "worst" complaint you will find is the MSQ scenes are spaced just a bit apart by the Go-Fetch nature of the gameplay.

Mostly vanilla in terms of kink variety; though plenty of anal, lesbian, and threesome content.
A decent selection of positions in each girl's Play section (so long as you collect the Kamasutra book collectibles)

In conclusion: If you want to enjoy a corrupt, MILF, harem fantasy. With an interesting story. And a heaping side of lesbian threesomes. Then this is the game for you

One of the Best Adult games I have played to date. I enjoyed the renders, the story and animations. Even has game play unlike many in the adult genre you are getting a lot out of this title. Is amazing.
