yea i don't know if this is intended or not but there's onlky one dungeon and after you clear it the only way out is to save and quit the game.

Oh yeah, I didn't actually code that in anywhere. I've tried to soft lock it and never managed to get it to soft lock. I'll have to code something in to fix that.

I'll take a look into this and see what's up. The dungeon exit should just be at the far right end of the dungeon. Lemme see if I can get a patch up to address this.

Edit: Also yeah, I 100% messed this up. It's impossible to actually leave the dungeon right now. I'll get a patch up ASAP to fix this.

Hmm. No luck with the .exe. Extracted it and ran it, I get a black window for a fraction of a second then nothing even after a protracted period of waiting and eventually multiple attempts. I'm running window 10 still and older performance but still fine for most games on this site.

I had this happen randomly once on another computer I tested on, but it went away on a subsequent launch. I'm not sure if it's something to do with Godot switching to the Vulkan renderer. I'll work on getting a build out on Compatibility mode to see if that helps. I don't use any fancy stuff with the Godot renderer, so it shouldn't affect anything at all.

I had this happen randomly once on another computer I tested on, but it went away on a subsequent launch. I'm not sure if it's something to do with Godot switching to the Vulkan renderer. I'll work on getting a build out on Compatibility mode to see if that helps. I don't use any fancy stuff with the Godot renderer, so it shouldn't affect anything at all.

I don't think I've ran anything on a Godot engine yet that I am aware of on this PC. But some of the other engines will be tempermental with their rendering engines (tearing of the images being pretty common if I use the wrong one). So this is an entirely possible source of the issue.

After reading your response I went ahead and rebooted and tried again. This time the black screen lasted about a second and my fan kicked on but it closed out and no new processes were running. So it looks like it totally crashed out or closed out.

Oh, also I should point this out more clearly, since one of my friends also was confused when they were playing. The matching system functions nearly identically to Huniepop, so you can drag tiles anywhere across the grid, horizontally and vertically. Matches don't have to be directly adjacent to other tiles to match successfully.

Edit: I'm going to add a note to this in the Developer notes section here, and I'm gonna work on showing this more visibly when matching, and in the tutorial!

Finally a Puzzle Quest sequel I've been looking for. None of the gacha, micropayments, and hard-sell subscription bullshit plus all the the tits and ass you could ask for. Great start!

Couple of wishes:

• Make the inventory screens, etc. available in town as well as the world map
• Let the player advance time outside the dungeon
