Seems there is some kind of bug that whenever the fire elemental from the phoenix spell dies the game crashes though you can ignore the crash, which happens twice, and then keep on playing. Secondly after fighting the fairies after getting a demon, the four armed one, summoning her in the fairy battle and dying makes the demon summong spell locked and unusable from then onward.

Well, the new content was entertaining, the fights not. The fights against 3 members (the guy and the two girls with higher level) are really hard unbalanced. Especially this dumb multi missle attack from one of the girls. I grinded at least to level 3 (took me literally 3h, not good!) and she kills me with one of that attacks on round 2. The other two fights aren't any better, they do way too much damage. The fight against the fairies is also not managable, they're basically invincible. Needs a ton of balancing, at this point the fights are just a time waste. I like challenges, don't get me wrong, but this here is plain unbalanced BS. Sorry if I sound like an asshole.
The game is not grindy at all. You're supposed to get skillpoints mainly from the story and you are not meant to learn all the spells. You are not meant to farm rats either. In fact, monsters stop giving you XP when you're 2 lvls higher than them.
The fights aren't that difficult either, but need minor adjusting. In most cases something defensive + summons works. Keep in mind you can learn pretty much every spell the other mages are casting so your chances are at least equal.

It's a bug caused by the combatlog which has outdated entries with missing skill variables. Fix in the attachment, if you're on PC. Android and Mac... I'll upload it later today.
Anyone have the cheat code? Or some basic console commands?
What commands are you after?

Seems there is some kind of bug that whenever the fire elemental from the phoenix spell dies the game crashes though you can ignore the crash, which happens twice, and then keep on playing. Secondly after fighting the fairies after getting a demon, the four armed one, summoning her in the fairy battle and dying makes the demon summong spell locked and unusable from then onward.
I'll look into it now. Thank you.

The grind of this game is absurdly boring.
Who is the idiot who came up with the idea of making skills purchasable? Even if you have the money you cannot acquire the skill because you don't have enough skillpoints. And to get skillpoints you need to farm xp, but the experience per monster is minuscule.

This is insanely stupid for a porn game. If I wanted to grind like an animal I would have downloaded an MMORPG, not this bullshit
That's what unren.bat is for.

Sorry, but if I'm at level 1 and need to 50 something exp for the level up from 1 to 2 and the only enemy I can fight are either the not beatable students or the rats, which give just 1 exp each, how is that not grinding? I needed to kill at least 50 rats to get to level 2, which is grinding. And starting my safe, that worked just fine until this version, and still does, except for the skillpoints and skill, and seeing that I have -2 skillpoints, that's also not really cool. This meant for me, I needed to at least get to level 4 for 1 new skillpoint (luckily when I got to level 3, I was at +1 skillpoints, don't know why). Until I stopped playing, because the only content left, that I could unlock were the fairies, I could only fight and beat rats. There was no main story left. So please explain, how that is not grinding? Are there weak enemies other than the rats? If so, please tell me, where to find them.

You get enough skillpoints from story and don't even need to lvl up to win most fights. But let's say you want to...

The weakest rats give 1 xp. The stronger versions give 2 and 3 respectively. Reaching the plague girl should get you lvl 2-3 without pointless grinding, literally just going in a straight line to the boss. Side rooms have some optional content, items and rats if you really wanna get that extra XP for an additional lvl, but it's optional.

Now, keep in mind you don't even have to lvl up. You just need the right skills, even for mages. The skill system is based off guild wars1, where you're meant to adjust your build and skills to the situation.

Rats, mana shield & fire ground. Two skills is all that's needed. You can grab some undead skeletons and demons and spam 'all minions attack' if you prefer.
Mages, grab invisibility and something that kills their mana. Mana shield would be helpfull too if you get hit.

There's also the 4 monsters in the arena, but they also need merely adjusting your skills. Manticore best grab some rat talismans for tanking. Golem might be the only problem for you.

As for the fairies, if you really see no other way, cast invisibility on yourself and your demon before combat. Summon two skeletons or some rats. Wait for the fairies to drain their mana on your summons while your hero watches. Five rounds later you simply kill them off. Remember to grab some potions and equip some items for extra dfn/atk.

If you still struggle with something, let me know.
EDIT: Double checked your post... Your skillpoints are on minus most likely due to learning undead spells. Learning these did not initially consume skillpoints due to a bug. You can unlearn them if you wanna.

Yeah, well, not sure if it's really wise to implement a system where you constantly need to reset your skills just to make some little progress. Especially if nobody tells you what would work and what not. And making only really specialized builds able to get past certain points, well, that's bad game design, at least IMO. I played GW1 and 2 and never had a problem getting anything until the endgame. Didn't matter which class or build.

Also, looked which is the trainer to learn the demon spell, guess what: Unknown. I spoke to every trainer I found, none of them teaches the spell. This feels like a bunch of roadblocks and the difficulty is way to high for the early game. Keep in mind, it's just my opinion.

Will probably wait for the next public release before touching it again. For now, all that is left of the new content, are the fairies and the fights in the arena, so I won't bother do download it again just for this.

You learn the summon demon spell by helping Asara. It's a new event in 0.23. 2 events in fact.

sooo uuuhh how do i earn more exp? i've tried killing rats but that doesn't increase my exp at all
Monsters 2 lvls lower than your character will not increase XP. Kill some mages or arena monsters if you're high lvl already.

Tomorrow I hope. Got hit with the flu. Had it for a few todays but today it's hitting me like a hammer. Update is mostly done but requires testing.
So pardon me for asking but is the cheat codes patron only ? If not can I ask for it ?
There's no patreon only cheats. If you need something like XP, money, HP, then simply use the renpy console.

Is there a point in where you lose the ability to fight monsters in the arena and can fight other students? Because I can't seem to be able to figure out how to fight monsters like the manticore in the arena. I also can't fight Anisa either, she was locked from the start. I'm guessing she's refusing to fight me because I might have used Titus Exposus before in a different fight. Wouldn't surprise me if that was the case. Also does anyone know if the Dev actually does research on the magic topic beyond basics? For example the chort is a Polish/Russian "demon". A lot of the information that they used to describe it was very in depth. From my brief skim on chorts I did. What are the coincidences that Asara is Japanese and studies demonology. Her parents must have expected that (this was a joke at the research). Lastly when will we see a Dullahan? Although I guess we won't. Mainly because they are fae/undead and not demons so contracts wouldn't really work like a demon. So no one could bind them the same way a demon. Sorry I like Dullahan's.

Edit: I also noticed a bug where shrink and grow don't go away.

I'm only continuing to check the thread when it updates to see if Klaus can be dealt with yet. If that isn't an option soon, this game is just getting tossed into the ignore pile because, at a certain point, it won't matter even if I can do something about it because I would still have to sit through too much content featuring that dipshit for it to be worth the trouble.

Edit: Apparently, the dev confirmed that they are planning to drag it out all the way until the end of the game before letting the player do anything about him. That is far too long. I'm out.

while I like this game, I was wondering, dev, if instead of pulling dead cats out of a bag, Kana could look inside and see the park. like something went wrong with the bag and the cats got out of it instead of dying. it feels cruel to both Kana and the cats to make her seem so stupid, she didn't know not to pull living things inside the bag. just a thought. poor girl already has enough challenges and making her so stupid she doesn't understand that her cats are dead just seems like bullying

There's a certain level of stupidity where you don't realise you're stupid. She's that kind of girl and she's happy. Unfortunate for the cats.

Yes, Anisa won't fight you if you fought her before and won. She also won't fight you if you stripped her, for obvious reasons.
Not sure what you mean by losing ability to fight monsters in arena. You can fight them whenever you wish. Just switch the tabs at the top of the list between duels and monsters.
I fixed shrink & enlarge not disappearing. Thank you.

0.23.1 is now available. Changelog + download:

Like the is called “Lust Harem and Klaus”, he is not even in that many scenes!
He will be dealt in the future but daamn even ignoring the game for him.
And the thing that amazes me is that Klaus is not even the worst person in the game, this game is full of terrible persons especially MC, like wow.
