Ok. After finishing the scene I haven't returned to the beach. The same I try and tell you what happens to me. Do you have to go to the beach at a specific time for the scene with the pregnant woman to take place?

And when you finish the scene with Nat, do you have to go back to the beach at a certain time or is it a random event?
I have returned to the beach and nothing happens. Are there any preconditions for it to happen?

After Natalie's event (sitting and talking at night time in the bar) you visit the beach in the morning and it should trigger. You'll hang out with Asuka and Natalie.
You'll get something else with her in the next update. Something that people who did take advantage of her won't see. Unfortunately, yeah, it's in the next update due to the amount of work.
Initially there weren't that many of them and they had little content so it wasn't needed. Things sort of changed a month before release of 0.15. But yeah, they will need and they will get their own hints.

Btw, beach preggo girl starts talking about being pregnant during Fun interaction before the whole reveal thing, you might want to check her script, otherwise it is a sequence breaking bug. Most likely Fun interaction checks some variable that changes after she is pregnant but has no different stage between reveal and that.
