Look, guys.
Yes, the map has a very similar style but as far as I see, it doesn't have anything straight up stolen.
I would not call it "just inspiration", it feels more keen to "let's copy what works on other games", but that's what the whole game industry does and it's fine as long as it doesn't steal or trace assets or is a carbon copy everywhere else.
And let's be honest here, Summertime Saga map isn't the most innovative thing ever. It's just a colorful cartoon map with black outlines on interactable elements, it's not like it created a whole style of art or something. Do you all call out manga artists from "stealing" others works? Most of it looks extremely similar! (With some exceptions of famous artists developing a very distinct style, of course)
Let's see how this game develops. If it indeed becomes just an amalgamation of other works (like AI does to create art haha) then we are free to call out the developer, for now it's too early.
