So I wonder
After the shift to unreal, has the game actually improved in its performance or not? Because from what I remember from a prelimenary run through in version 2.1 that I still had downloaded but not gotten around to play until recently, I'm honestly not sure I can say it has, which is honestly sad, because I like it otherwise quite a bit.
The problem is simply that a game that is - for all intends and purposes - an overall reasonably sized sandbox game that mainly utilizes static images and the occasional animation intersparsed should not run my 16 GB RAM to the max within a fucking hour of gameplay and cause the game to subsequently crash as a result, almost crashing my machine in the process as well. I mean, the prior engine had similar issues of memory leakage and simply causing it to eventually just... freeze up and crash, but this is just so much worse it basically makes it unplayable for long stretches of time, which is kind of annoying when you consider how much time there needs to be spent in order to get anywhere in these types of games.
So yeah, I hope that has been (or will be) fixed somewhat soon, because it's basically a dealbreaker as it stands.
Several attempts have been made, but overall, I can't say the game is very stable. To put it simply, the plugin I'm using loads all the game's images every frame. Considering there are more than 4000 images (and that number is expected to grow), it's not good.
I'm currently revising the code to remove the plugin. I'm getting help from someone who knows their stuff, but it's taking longer than I would have liked. For now, I'm continuing to work on the content while he create a replacement tool for the plugin. After that, I'll need to use it to replace all the stuff.
I hope android ver will be updating soon
The Android version is affected by this issue. Apparently, the plugin's operation requires more memory than what a smartphone can handle (which is also why it doesn't work on all PCs either).
What is the difference between the Vulkan version and the other?
The versions are DirectX and Vulkan. It turns out DirectX doesn't work on some machines (again, this is probably related to the plugin, but I'm not sure). So I offer Vulkan because it works for some users.
If DirectX works for you, I recommend sticking with it (the default version). The performance is slightly better.
I have a bug where I can't sell Vegebubbles to the art teacher, am I the only one?
I can't click confirm, nothing happens.

Yes, there's a bug introduced by a fix for another bug. That's my specialty! But it will be corrected in the next release.
The bug prevents you from reselling the first three basic VG, but you can still resell the orbles, mirables, and zynkables.
The escape room part can really be deleted, 80% of the time is spent controlling the emotions of the two bitches
That's the point
