There's a "Beach episode" event which you can unlock after defeating the Prahama of Sitrya (the lizard planet). All you need to do is talk to Samuel and give him 500 (or 50) dragons.
It's a repeatable scene and it's very hot, you can end up with an orgy. Rylan, Arthur and Alastor also gets a swimwear for the event.
There are two versions depending on Patreon tier. The "human" tier gives you the base game. The "meta-human" tier gives you a version of the game that includes a cheats menu. And since the economy in the game is really badly balanced, the ability to cheat makes a big difference.

I would argue the dev intentionally don't put any effort into balancing the game / or even makes it much more grindy, only to sell the cheat version (meta-human).
This practice is pretty prevalent in gaming industry now.
Luckily we don't play LO for it's "gameplay", so it doesn't really matter.
The downside is Lust Odyssey will never become something bigger than a niche porn game.
Only exception is from dev's who don't charge extra for the cheats, like Lustful Desires, Grizzly Grove, etc.
Btw, there're many ways to cheat, just none as convenient as an 'officially build-in cheat'.

This is a new update, and it's the meta-human version of said update. The dev releases the human and meta-human versions at the same time toward the beginning of each month, and people who pay extra get the meta-human version with the cheat menu.

Not sure about Android, but I know on PC there are websites that can do this.

You can also find changelogs on the game's official itch page. The devlogs are labelled with the version number for the current public version (0.30 in this case), and those changes are listed at the top, but they include a section for the changelogs of the current patreon version (0.31 in this case) as well.
