I picked meta-serum, mostly just because it sounds like it'll lead to more interesting developments than the other 2 options.
Went with neither. Serum is a no go but anti-serum would most likely turn potential allies against the rebellion. I think gathering allies to fight is a better long term solution. Build relationship and trust not just around the mc but also between all the different planets and factions. Naive and optimistic? Definitely. But I'm sure the mc can use his god powers to do ... something.
