You could load your saves into the 0.42.1 meta-human version from the 1st page. Use the cheats for whatever you please. Save and load your new save into the latest game version (v0.44)

If you have a laptop and plug your phone to it you can access the all the android files and move them around. That's what I do
That's incorrect.
On recent Androids (since 14) without the developer flag set (which you need to mess up with the bootloader to set) those files are indeed protected, and can't be moved by connecting it to a PC.
There is only one way to get access to the files within one app install tree outside said app, and that's to set developer mode.

Well when I have a new one. And plug-in the phone to a laptop allow me to do files transfer from the laptop. It's working for me so idk

. Oppo has been known to ship versions of Android with the dev flag already turned on, and some other Chinese manufacturers make AOSP versions where they lowered restrictions, but that doesn't conform to standard Android specs, so that's not reliable guidance for people to access files.

The screens script changed so the the ripped cheats mod needed updating to work straight out of the box. It's the same ripped cheats with the same un-commenting, though. Extract directly to the game subfolder and overwrite when prompted.

I hate the new MC sprites. They're all ugly. Both male and female.
Edit: Fuck, I can't figure out how to get rid of that ugly shit. The sprite system doesn't even feel finished. We have less body types then we did before, and penis sizes are now more limited. There's only one breast size, and those breasts are saggy.
I should note that people have different tastes. This is why adding in a visual isn't always the best choice. TiTS handles it by giving you a sprite with no visuals. Just leaves the rest up to text with player imagination, which I appreciate. DoL takes the super simple sprite route, with pixel art. Yet again, leaving the rest to imagination. I think that's usually for the best.
Edit2: I've been able to partially do away with the sprite system, but I haven't figured out how to get rid of it entirely without causing an error.

Huh I was thin, slim before but now Im forced to be Fit in this new update cause they don't draw MC like that, Idk how to feel about this new MC art like at all lol

Same, except my character has apparently been transformed from a women into a man on top of that lol. Also they should really leave in the option of just having a silhouette.
