Only by technicality, I'd say. It's easier to clean because you just... don't have to clean the foreskin that way. Cleaning the foreskin isn't hard though, and there are some minor benefits to having it. Circumcision doesn't have any major affects for most people, so the question is just... why? It has no significant benefits, it's irreversible, and (this is the big one) it's often done to children before they can possibly consent to it.

About the statement, it's kinda true. Women like harem too, but love triangle is more popular in fiction. Women want to be chosen by the best man, I mean pure innocent love is a little boring. Men need to be a little dangerous, toxic and powerful. I like if there's choices where you can form a stronger bond with a character, but I don't mind if can be with multiple. I prefer Yaoi because of the edgy light/dark romance but I like Bara the way it is. The more male characters you can fuck, the better. Overall, I prefer BL over otome because otome games are more made for teen girls and I want dark, mature stories with taboo themes and BL have it all.
