Mine doesn't seem to be appearing, I've tried it on a new save file. Still nothing. Any idea how to fix this? I do remember being able to access it on my old save file before, but now I only get the same dialogue over and over again, I don' know why nothing is showing up now.

I just tried it out so he wouldn't work with the master set so just try going naked or put on the first uniform without pants and underwear.
