I run NO Scripts and the site currently has no such scripts and my cookie cruncher ate the cookies so no harm done but yeah simply drop the code in and get rid of the ads if you're worried about it.

mostly correct except the ad network only brokers the advertisement space to paying customers, the client in the app is the only thing executed. Even the special annoyance they introdoced a few years back forcing you to look at a sneak peek of advertised games run inside the ad client. It is supposed to be a sand box, and possibly better self contained than the script heavy mal-ads served to mobile browsers, but secret exploits to break out may (will?) exist.

Does the game tell you when an episode is complete? I felt like I have barely done anything and all the stories say to be continued and I only have 1/5 sexual experiences?

Yes for the listed ones but there is 2 hidden ones that I don't know how to unlock but someone posted in this thread how to do it.
