Ok seeing how you described it, it def is not worth it for me to continue. I dont care if its happy or sad ending but the game must give me something to care for and to feel, to connect with the characters so It seems like it really was a waste of time for me sadly. You could say this is even the most important part about those games for me so I thank you for your adviceWe don't know about the months. Could be years.
Bill Murray was doing it for 10000 years - at least according to the original script. They removed the number later, since it was a reference to a hindu belief and they didn't want anything religious in the movie.
And some things did change from one repetition to the next, MC noticed it. It's not always the same. MC noticed that already.
I find it sad that the devs were not bold enough to follow the second storyline where you actually play Megans day. Patreons didn't like that idea so it was scrapped.
If you want consequences you better stop playing now, you will hate the ending. Stephen King once said something similar towards the end of his Dark Tower series ... naturally no one cared and kept reading to the end, or was it?
If you can just go with it ... keep playing. Can't promise you won't be disappointed, all I can promise you is that MC will change.
