You download all the split parts in the same directory, then just give the usual unpack command on the first part and the unpacking program (personally I use 7zip) will automatically take all the parts into account.

And after that make sure you have enough space in your hard drive to decompress yet another huge compressed file, if not, you may want to delete the "smaller" ones

This applies to this particular case, because they didn't bother unpacking the original archive and repacking it with the split option.
Instead they just zipped the original zip, so now when you unzip the split zip you get the original zip and guess what? You have to unzip it...

oh wow ok so i download all of them and then i unzip the first one, and after it unpacks everything it eventually gives me the entire game in another zip file which i then extract to get the game?

damn. i had downloaded all the splits before and tried this but there was something missing apparently. woke up today and the final zip file was there
