It's a shame about the "no decisions" and no interactions but changing the camera angles. This is the hottest character I've ever seen in a game, both in body, personality & scenario. But some choices would be fantastic. Even if scant but effective.
One great missed opportunity here would be for the viewer (we're not a "player" without choices) themselves to jump into the role of a patron. It would be far more interesting to be a participant than to view recaps of some of the side characters who are watching. You create your own username. Select from several messages to send her on cam. Have a limited resource of coins each night that you can use after each message/suggestion to strategically donate, impacting influence for her to go a certain path. [Points get accumulated to stats for path influence level & if that stat goes over the top, the specific decision or preference changes]. Just like with one bully character who is watching, there can be some strategy on when to make a certain lewd suggestion & when to hold off supportively to get the path you want.
This way path branching does not go overboard with excessive work, but we still feel as if we're a participant, in some control of the situation, for a much greater level of immersion and investment.
I'd absolutely give up many of the camera angles in exchange for that, to slightly lessen the extra work added for the dev of giving us an amount of control in the world.
Edit: Far beyond the scope of what I think the dev would do, but this got me thinking how great it could be if the Player/Patron could eventually visit the town in 1st-person view to "interact" if they play their cards/coins right.
