Nice game but the "freckles" on the MC look more like hairs it's rather off putting

I tried and changed all the angles of the camera but still nothing. Preivous scenes had a Sand clock at the bottom to proceed further, but there is no Sand clock showing..

You have to manuever around the heart area until you see another smaller heart. Then you click on that. That will advance the story.
