Well body modification will be part of the game in future. Pregnancy may or may not be there in future.

I've been following this game but haven't had a chance to play it yet. Given that it's only at version 0.4, I’m considering waiting for a few more updates to ensure there's enough content available.
Could anyone provide an update on the current content? Are there any sex scenes or events included so far?

It's more teasing at this point, although there is a full sex scene right at the beginning of the game involving the MC and it's really good (apart from the audio imo)

Well plenty of story building events so far which also has enough content. You can't expect sex scene so quickly but worry not it will come in due time.
There is only one at start of game and it is very well done.
Many have issues regarding censhorship but if I am correct it will go away from 0.5 (upcoming version) cuz at end of 0.4 she asked for it to be off.

With the no. of times this question is asked, I think it's about time a tag should be added "Unique game: No game like this"

none that I can remember, I really hope this keeps going with the same quality though. The writing is a big part of why it's so good.
