Unfortunately, you can's change it in-game
All you can do is go to the "Lustvillage-0.85-win\game\tl" folder
and
Delete the "Chinese" folder
and restart the game
it will force the dialogue to be English
but the labels will still be Chinese
Chinese not Japanese

I've seen other games where the dev is active on the forum and updates are not leaked in advance.
