Would be nice, but it is easy to make your own. Just download the RenPy SDK from Renpy.org, fire up the app, then create a new game. Give it the name Lustfield, select all defaults (it doesn't matter as all of this will be automatically changed), click to open the game folder. There will be a bunch of files in that folder. Delete them all, so the folder is empty. Download Lustfield for Windows, take the files from within the game folder in the Windows download and copy them into your local project's game folder. Go back to RenPy and click Build. Select only Macintosh as a build target, leave everything else untouched and build the game. When done RenPy will open a folder with a zip file containing the Mac version, unzip and enjoy.

I have not played it but from the preview I really prefer Marge with her original elegant body, and not with this fat-ass latina MILF look, changing too much the aspect of a characters detracts from the parody aspect in my opinion.
