I apologize I meant it has scenes unlocked and 999 coins. Unfortunately I discovered logs are not automatically written. If no error pops up I'm not entirely sure. I have been unable to recreate. I can try to make a full save with everything. I apologize for this.

I can't get past the main menu. I constantly spam arrow keys, WASD, and every other key but nothing works. Is it because I'm on a laptop?

Thank you everyone for you patience. I found the issue with the save files. It has been pushed in the 1.2.3 version. If you don't have access to that you can send me your save and I can fix it for you. Appreciate everyone helping me fight that one out.

I can't get past the main menu. I constantly spam arrow keys, WASD, and every other key but nothing works. Is it because I'm on a laptop?

Haven't had any issues with laptop. That's what I work off of. Do you by chance have a gamepad hooked up? The game supports that as well and overrides the keyboard.

I thought I was going crazy, I tried everyones save just to encounter the same issue. Thank you for your efforts, good dev! I was playing version 1.2.1

Is this the right save? Looks like one of the test ones sent. It has 9000+ coins I see the flags that were causing the issue so it should be good. Are you seeing the same screenshot when you try to play the game? Or are you getting another error?

Your save also doesn't work unfortunately. I try to describe my issue in more detail. Every time I continue and load the save I'm starting out in Dante's hotel room at night time with 0 coins. The social stats are maxed out but if I leave the room and go to the reception the dialogue of Dante and his arrival will trigger. Then I can talk to the receptionist and the tutorial with the maid follows. That leaves me with the only available option to read something on the first night, which will also result in a game over, since the rent can't be paid. Rinse and repeat with every boot up. The gallery also has 0 scenes unlocked. Foreign save games don't seem to work for some reason, my original save was lost which was an oversight on my part. And the issue persists with every save I tried.

That's weird, I didn't restrict that. Well, I have hope that the update fixes that. Things like that happen for indie devs, you can't playtest everything. Thank you for your time! Do you have a date for said update? What does it entail? Is the game content complete now? Any plans for a new game? I see a lot of potential, your style is unique and charming.

thanks for the kind words i have 1.2.3 on itch ( the hotfix ) but 1.2.2 has new content

i do plan on adding more animations and tweaks going forward, one being what i have dubbed the "pool update". some end game content to go on pool dates with each main lady, which will of course end in pleasure

Looks like the controller setup is performing action and jump. I'll get this fixed asap

I see. I would gladly support you, I just don't have the guarantee that this version will be compatible with the provided saves on this site and I don't have it in me to play it all over again at this moment. Lesson learned to always keep my original save.

Future updates can change that of course, I would like to come back after said update gets released, because a beach or in this case pool episode is quite essential, I agree. I would even play it from the beginning.

Check your save location C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Local\lustfire and remove the controller save file if its there. I think whats happening is you might have played with a gamepad, and the controller might have messed up that file ( I just ran into this tonight testing )
