The itens have images is just that rather than for some reason the developer decide to use the "unknown.png" as the image for a lot of them, for enemies is a bit worse, the lizardman huter for example don't have any picture at all.
The enemies are stored in the file 'monster.py' , the artwork seems to be called as the monster name(without spaces) dot art. I create an image for the lizard man hunter (and horny version) and edit the line lizardhunter.art to be lizardhunter.art = "lizard hunter normal" (is the name of the image), I also added the horny version on the place where I figured it would be called by looking at the lizard warrior entries. It did worked but there is no way I will be doing that to every enemy, if someone wanna do it, feel free to try.
If you wanna, these are the images or the lizard hunter I made, they are slightly edits of the lizard warrior but hey, it fits.
