Eh I don't really expect professionalism from a porn game. I'd like to think that having others write for him is the best, seeing as how he consistently made errors in his writing, besides it's nice to see ideas from other folk. Also I'd like to take back my statement about this update being short, just finished some stuff in it and I must say it isn't that bad.

The very fact some characters already have some variety of lewd arts (like Scar, Ste, Feliar, Roushk, etc) but some laking of sex scenes (Scar and Ste the most from those whom I've cited) is what bothers me the most.
The guest writting is just a bunch of vanilla interactions as far I've seen. There should be and least one more sex scenes with those characters.
For example: You can only top Scar (once). You can only have fun in the fence hole with Ste. Although Feliar might get some new interaction with Everett soon™™™, you can only have sex with Roushk on pre-bad ending/bad ending.

Yeah the only problem for me is that the corruption path legit has no story added at all, and I'm not sure we will get a choice to be evil on the 'Hero/Saviour' route... Yet that's the only way we can meet him atm...
You're right the choices Hyao is making are in the wrong direction, it's like he needs an advisor or something since his creative direction has gone down the drain with all these guest writers, I miss Arion being a piss pig tbh and not some horse-boy that goes 'neigh' like it's off-putting not knowing where characters are going.

I get why you might not like the writing of the guest writers, but why unprofessional? it's a way to create extra content while he focuses on the main plot -it's also nothing unheard of that different people take care of different sides of a story.

Because you don't commit to writing a story and then ship the responsibility to random people on discord, it's not like he even pays them. If that isn't unprofessional I don't know what is.
It's all well and good asking for creative direction if you're struggling to think of stories but this game has lost so many of the original characters we played it for because Hyao isn't even writing for them anymore.
That was also my impression. In fact, the guest characters are clearly quite detached from the main storyline, it's like a sort of bonus content.

I've been playing this since the release and have watched how Arion has slowly gone from being a total domineering love-machine with watersports to a weird made-up name calling horse-boy, Blake hasn't had no story added since the release and the only character that seems to have kept their consistency are Gunnar and Tank.
It's becoming less sexy with every update, fetishes are being ignored, story is kind of all over the place and there doesn't seem to be a real direction as to where the story is going.
Originally the antagonist was made out to be Scar then it took about 6 months to even see him again, there is now CG for corrupted Logan yet the story ends with the corrupted Lizard route with nothing added.
Hyao should of released a route guide to tell us what was going to be added in the future because at this rate everybody is going to need like 500 saves not knowing what options to pick.
The bandit camp changes everything towards the bandits if you either topped Tank or raised his lust bar and submit or topped Scar, then the choices with Logan and Rhot, he treats you completely different if you save the lizards and didn't give in to his demands, like a proper romance option.

Anyway, since they realize the cave the game has gone in a downhill.
I haven't played in 3 months for how boring it turns.
And worst of all: If anyone tell Hyao that he is doing wrong, he will not listing for how corrupted he turns thanks to his Discord friends.

One of the new dungeon has a place for you to excavate the stone. Go back and try to find it. I remember it's a small room, with two "?" at the bottom.

It's like Corruption of Champions and Trials in Tainted Space where Fenoxo does all the important story bits and some other characters but also has guest writers add to the game with new characters or new character interactions. I agree that it only adds to the game cuz we get neat stories like what happened to Ste's tribe and his trauma around it or Hayden's cute date scenes
