You can get food to give to others. Order an okonomaki and eat it, then you'll get an extra piece.

In the apartments in room 202 I think, you can use a UV to reveal a room on the far left and there's an outfit in that world. (If you aren't sure what i'm talking abt, just scroll through this thread, there's a few tutorials on where and how.)
