If you're standing where the ghost currently is then it shows freezing, but it's only freezing temps if it's below 0C in the ghost room. The ghost room is always cold (like 10-15 degrees colder than every other room), but freezing temperatures is pretty obvious given it's a negative number.
If you're either too lazy to run around with a thermometer, or you're playing a big map, just go have a site assistant to do it (you have to unlock them, but tbh the red haired tomboy in the school is the easiest, just order food and outrun her, and if she surpasses just use x).
The cauldron thing is fair, but I don't think the temperature is that confusing. At the current state of the game, only like...one or two ghosts even have freezing temps anyway tho, so I wouldn't worry about it.
Can I get any guide all of quest in this game? I can't pass race with Tess and can't found Caroline in college. Thank you

can someone help this game is so confusing feel like there is very little actually explained so first if freezing temp is 1 of the clues does that mean the ghost room is constantly negative degrees? I've notice a ghost will sometimes cause the temp to go down into the negatives occasionally but not all the time. also how exactly do you use the laser projection the game does a poor job explaining it and I've encountered a ghost and I solved 2 of the evidence but couldn't get the third and it was because it was laser projection, but I've just been throwing it down and it seems to do nothing I've even thrown it down as I was getting chased can't figure out how this work does it not work during a hunt? also might aswell ask how does the assistance stuff work im assuming i have to unlock them? also the ghost i captured arent appearing at the house and i only have 2 stages to choose from

Freezing temp is when it drops to -0 it will go minus,thats freezing cold and laser projection you have to place on the ghost room and it will go past it,site assitants u have to unlock them they posted a guide look for it here,u can use assistants by using ur phone C button and order them to bring u items or find ghost rooms
ty one last question that just came to mind how do you get rid of that grey part of the blue gauge I've it's like half full and I have no idea how to bring it down i bought fear pill but they arent doing anything
how do you capture the ghost i've banished several ghost over 10 times now and none of them are captured, i also keep getting the failed to identify message whenever I create put all of the favorite items of the ghost in the cauldron even when i correctly identify and get the coins for it is this a bug or is there something else to it?

grey part is a debuff if a ghost catches you during hunt,fear pills wont work you need to find tsunade she is in the asylum,Jack Hallway 1 right next to Fuyutsuki Hinata Mannequinn theres a hidden door enter it and you will find her
1.You have to correctly identify and gather evidence, make the ghost weakness recipe in the ghost room.
2.Captured ghosts arent appearing?,that my friend might be a bug

My issues seems to have to have come from the version of the game i downloaded from this thread when I downloaded the version from itchio captured ghost started appearing and i have the map unlocked to get rid of the grey part of fatigue/fear even an animation from 1 of the ghost started to work properly after getting that version

I think it makes sense to use the Banish Globe in current versions. Since catching is too tiring

hey guys is the developer still developing this game? And are they developing Lustful Spirit Hunt?
