Only use 2 of 3 and you will win easily. Athena tends to go hard on 1 of them. For example, if she goes for paper and often draw the scissors, you use only rock and scissors and you will win.

Have you checked your game version? I hadn't noticed but mine was still 2.0.1 and I had to re-download it to see it.

I have no idea if there are any requirements. I stumbled upon her randomly while hiding in that room. The ghost turned off the power breaker, so the lights went out, and there she was, to the right at the end of the room.
I first saw her in a version I played about 6 months ago. She might've been added even earlier. But she is definitely there in the newest version too.
Don't forget to flip the light switch in the room.

Im actually quite intrigued in a way how I used to fear these stuff (Ghost n their shenanigans) and suddenly when I grow up I feel like I could fuck everything that looks remotely like human...
