Auto job is auto unlocked by day 5 I think. Speed up job is unlocked after you clear the quest of blue haired rich mom.

I think once you complete 100% of the area and hire her or something like that she will show up. idk exactly how as it just kind of happened for me. I met her in the gym at the first 2 time slots of the night in the yoga room

Use your arrow keys, or was it WASD? Eitherway, it's not clickable because you have to walk to the arrows.

NTR H scene with your two "unique" staff (the glasses girl and the other one you hire later on) in the staff room and gym.
