It was pretty boring and a weak story . Andy , Xavier Duver , Carjim , Nite Q made way better stories that were unorthodox and good , VS as awesome art style but is stories are very weak and have become very predictable imo .
I felt the strong point of the comic was how the characters worked through the interpersonal, dilemma stages between themselves. Those pages were rich in something rather human. It was the makings of a love story. I think that’s pretty unorthodox for most releases via lustomic over time. It may have lacked bite at stages, but for me, and I’m a big critique of sissy comics, I felt that it took a more thought out angle of a closer character bond than just repeat process of previous VS comics. They tend too, as many others be formulated in the usual sense of a dom & sub pacing that's drawn to closure with usual text book events we are so used to seeing in comics unfolding, and unfortunately it’s hard to break that given mold.
Hell I’m bored of sissy blow job & sex scenes, it’s everything in between that gets me going these days, development of character & power struggles.
I guess an artist that tries to find a new angle within themselves is commended. The problem is what we have is complete ‘Wash, Rinse & Repeat’ syndrome with releases now, but the genre only goes so far once your mindset has been very well accustomed to it’s given boundaries.. And that’s it Boundaries need to be pushed to bring about excitement, it’s lurking somewhere, we are just waiting for something anew.
A lot of the regular lustomic resident producers are well and good, some better than others in story telling, but you get used to their stylings, and after a while that element of sexual urgency gets less & less…
I would love to see a traditional Lustomic own production again soon. That would be awesome
