At this moment, the non-hetero content consists of two cinematics: one already implemented in the available version with Grand Priest Nylara at the start of the quest, and another that will be available in the new update – a cinematic that plays if the player fails to escape an orc patrolling the forest region. Current work is mainly focused on dungeon mechanics where the player interacts with female characters. In the future, when the game is more advanced, there will be community polls, and interested players can express their desire for additional content.

My advice, pick one. Both ways end up in a no way. People who are into hetoro content are very most likely avoid homo like a plague (myself included), and people who are in for homo content will just get bored by hetoro content. I guess there are bi people but it is kinda niche.
