Buffalo Fred and adhitya_harka (plus anyone else wanting to know), my patch is not needed as of v0.5.2 of Lustworth Academy. My post for the patch has been edited near the top in massive, bolded, text, saying as such.
Also, I almost spit out my morning coffee when reading "misterious," because that was one of the words I corrected multiple times with my patch. It's "mysterious," as in "mystery." That, too, gave me fits of laughter, in the best ways. Thank you for the laughs, good sir dev.
Heh. I got a chuckle out of my pixel character and his lore. Besides my "Let them wonder!" quote, I am curious what the dev used for the lore. I didn't give him a lot, just an explanation of my user name of "Myrroddin," making me just as curious as every other player.

Where do i get costume, where do i get a camera for Miku...? I'm guessing i have to buy it from somewhere, i got the money but no option to go to town center etc? I already got the spray can and halloween invite, many things are unclear. I'm at the point where i have to complete the halloween thing to continue.

Check out the "mermaid's" store, which is outside the girls' dorm. You don't get the costumes, camera, and other items in town. They are bought on Trustworth's grounds.
EDIT: The Shaggy costume advances the story, yet you need the other costumes to complete the Halloween event. You can purchase and use the costumes in any order, with each costume changing the event. Which one should you buy first? That depends on how much money you have, and if you want to advance the story first or later. There are no correct or incorrect answers.

What time of day are you checking at the library? I don't remember exactly, and I'm not at home. I think you need to go in the afternoon.

The guy himself tells you where things are, when you walk around the locations he tells you if it’s warm or cold, it’s not that difficult.

I'm using JoiPlay 1.20.611, which is the latest, and the plugins from that version, 8.4.1, but i dont even get the exception error, but an immediate crash back to Renpy game select.
Are you using those versions? Also, what is the mod script you mentioned?

1 how much adult content is in the game?
2 how much grind compared to say.. superpowered, peasant quests.
3 is the planned pregnancy tag girls getting knocked up, or mc screwing a pregnant chick or both?
4 how far is the game in terms of planned storyline content? I mean like 1/10?
5 from someone who has played the currently whole game, what it has to 'offer' or atleast one of the latest update's, what do you currently rate it at?
6 if its a bit grindy, is there any cheats or short paths?

at this point, I don't think the dev intends to release new content. every update feels the same with him reworking some girl's story or just fixing some grammar
