Is this the last girl to unlock after the fights and thats it for now? or am i stuck somewhere
Yes, she’s Boa Hancock, and she's the last pirate you can recruit for now. At the moment, I'm focusing on improving the current content, adding more options. However, I’ll soon hold a poll on Patreon to choose the next pirate to join the crew.

Thoughts after playing 0.13:
With the inclusion of the ship minigame, the MC's stats and the bounty posters the game is on track to become than a simple VN. Editted AI-Art is fine with me for parody games as long as the edits sort out mistakes of AI. Keeps cost low and speeds up the process. I haven't seen every lewd scene since I couldn't be bothered with the current point system, but the Alvida scenes looked fine to me.
With 5 chars who joined the crew and 3 side-chars, I'd say the game has advanced enough to give people their need for the lewds and visuals.
In my opinion what needs to follow is filling the game with more game mechanics and connecting them.
In the current state all one needs to play through is money to buy story items and the MC's strength stat for the battles.
The crew is irrelevant for progress right now, but most of the lewd is tied to a point system with them.
So if lewds are important to the player, instead of playing the game, one just choses the same options again and again until the scenes are unlocked. With 5 characters already, that is a lot of just clicking and not playing. It also makes progression with a girl not very immersive and could be a source of fatigue for the player.

So I suggest to add more game mechanics and connect the various systems to have a smoother progression.
For example the ship minigame. Shots by the enemies can miss, this could be attributed to Nami's navigation skills, or boarding the enemy ship could give tribute to Yamato since she was introduced as the fighter of the crew. Praising them for their contributions could be a source of naturally leveling their lewd stats or even give them unique stats that improve certain chances in those minigames. Robin could search for hidden treasures on the ships with her devil fruit or something. Surely the enemies don't have just gold, money and cannonballs and she could get creditted for finding it.
I understand that it can get very complex the more characters you plan to let join the crew.
Some could be used for different duties like Perona for cooking, since you need to heal after battles, cooking/nursing would be used frequently enogh to be worth it. But with Yamato and Boa you pretty much already have an overlap of what the character's main trait (according to official One Piece lore at least), which is strength. Maybe introducing a RPG like class system fitting for a ship crew might help here to reduce the burden on coming up with different mechanics for every single crewmate. A fighter class for Yamato and Boa would make sense and instead of chosing for every battle who participates, we have a simple menu to decide which is "on duty" to get level up points, to make it easier for the player to manage this.
If one really wanted to go excessive this game provides the structure to mimic something like those old maid-raising games, by assigning them different duties/schedules on the ship. But don't bite more than you can chew. Some simple things like training in the presence of girls to increase their lust is also feasable enough to passively raise their disconnected lewd-stats.

Anyway, I wish you success and a lot of fun on your journey with the game.

Thank you very much for your comment. I read all messages and am always open to ideas that help improve the game.

I'm currently working on adding more mechanics to provide a richer and more varied gaming experience. In version 0.14, for example, I included a new mini-game for Nami, which will pave the way for additional mini-games in the future. I have many ideas in mind that I’ll implement gradually, aiming to expand the options and enrich the existing content.

Regarding characters, I want them to contribute gameplay benefits beyond scenes alone. Although progress takes time, I've made significant strides in recent months. I dedicate long hours, sometimes more than 12 a day, and also work weekends, releasing new versions approximately every 15 days. As the game evolves, I'll be attentive to the community’s preferences to guide the project's direction.

Rest assured that many of the options and stats that currently have limited impact will gain significance in the future, with new stats gradually added to enrich the gameplay system.

Thank you again, and I look forward to seeing you along this journey! Kampai!

I think that I stucked somehow. I 'recruited' Boa, I visited Kureha and I can't do anything now. I can't do anything on Amazon Lily (already visited), and I didn't meet Marigold and Bacura from 0.12.
Any idea? I probably tried all of the options already. Nika-Dev

Yes, I know who is Hammocku and I read this message. Thing which I mentioned:
I didn't see Boa Marigold or Bacura, so I don't know if I am stucked before this content, or my game skipped them completety and currently I'm on the furthest part of the story.

In the current version 0.13, you can already have Boa Hancock in the crew and interact with her. The only way your game may have skipped content is if you've used the cheats available to you as a Patreon.

If you haven’t encountered Boa Marigold and the rest of the fights but have been to the Amazon Lily prison, then what’s left is to speak with Boa Hancock again (in her castle) and try to recruit her into the crew.

If, on the other hand, you still can’t access Amazon Lily, you’ll first need to obtain the Sakura Flower on Drum Island. If you don’t have it yet, you basically need to follow these steps:

Explore the forests of Thriller Bark, then build the library on your ship, and afterward investigate the castle at Thriller Bark again, specifically the doctor's room... Once on Drum Island, to obtain the Sakura flower, the player needs to reach the castle at the top of the mountain, meet a new character, and after a conversation, a new option will be unlocked on the Drum Mountain path. Retrace your steps, explore the snowy hills thoroughly, and you'll find it!

Hello pluto4473, to access the island, you first need to progress through a chain of events that begins in the forests of Thriller Bark. There, you'll be told to go to the ship's library, and you need to rebuild it. From there, just follow the story.

I created an official guide for the game, published on Patreon. I still need to figure out how to add it here to the post, but as soon as I can, I'll include the link here as well.

thank you for the answer. I've already rebuild ship's library, bought the Amazon Lily Eternal Pose, but when I go there I can't acces to the island, so I can't continue.

I added the link to the guide in this post so you can read it and avoid getting stuck in the story again. You can find it below the download links on the first page of the post.

Hey, i think you should check this out, soeone shamelessly ripped off your idea:
There are many One Piece games and other parodies that are quite similar. While they might share some formats, it's the small details that truly make the difference. The one you mentioned, for example, came out before mine, but at the same time, there are others that were released even earlier.

We all take inspiration from the source material, and it’s normal for some images or concepts to feel similar since we’re all drawing from One Piece's universe, using the same ship designs or lore as references.

What really matters is the effort dedicated to the game and ensuring the players are happy. From my perspective, it’s clear that each game has its own unique elements and focuses on different aspects of the One Piece world.

It’s great that players have the opportunity to choose what they prefer to play!

Thing is, it uses literally the same mechanics, and AI generated graphics.

And it was in development a year before this game. I already made the observation that they were similar-but-different back when the first version of this game released. Personally, I don't mind some overlap in ideas as long as devs have the passion to develop, and this dev is putting out updates faster than Naughty Pirates, for whatever that is worth. Both games have earned a spot in the One Piece porn parody space, and are preferable to games that have never made it past 0.1, though perhaps arguably not preferable to games that use original art, but on the indie level, if it's being used to realise a vision rather than cut corners I can understand the decision. So, if you wish to view one game as ripping off the other, I won't stop you, but know that Naughty Pirates came first, and in the case of these two games I think that they do have their differences and having both is better than only having one.
