Nah I have looked it up since then. Oda did intend on characters looking a certain way but the coloring thing is Toei not Oda. Its just fanon that she lost her tan from being in the cold place for 2 years. The actual canon is that they just started respecting the source material and changed her to how she should have looked from the get go, albeit with better boobs and ass because every girl got upgraded there after timeskip lol.
I know that was the true reason but the way I said makes sense when it comes to actually loosing a tan
All the old scenes that aren't animated will get a rework. Since I'm releasing new content every month, the process will be gradual, but sooner or later they will all be animated!

I don't know which arcs you've played, the game isn't designed to be linear. Did you go to Arabasta?... if you haven't, there's still a lot for you to do. Start by going to Shells Town and checking the bounty board—that will lead you to a new arc!
