VN - Ren'Py - Completed - LustyVerse: Passion on Display [v1.02] [Inceton Games]

I'm probably gonna piss of some fanboys but I have to be honest here, this was utter trash.

This game represents everything that's wrong with adult games right now.

Story:

You play a main character idiotic fuck stick who's only purpose in the game is to fuck. He's a straight simpleton, there's no other way to put it. Moving on. This game is dominated by a bunch of fake lesbians that flip-flops on whether or not they like dick similar to a politician making promises during campaign season. Your sister, lesbian one minute and next she's talking to some guy name Richard while lusting for the fuck stick and being jealous a the same time.
It gets worse. The new neighbor is a character main character named Sam. That's right, this is actually a female protagonist game in disguise or at least a multi one. She's the star of the show so far, she's the "Giga Chad", the harem queen. She pretty much moved into a new neighborhood and fucked not only the fuck stick of a main character but his sister, the Ex of the main character and she even brought along her fake lesbian friend, Eve along. I just can't with this dev, there was no Romance whatsoever. There was a blimp though and it said "Sam's a pimp". I have to joke about this because of how bad this game was.

Dialogue:
Super cringe, it's like that one teenager that discovers swearing. During the first 20 minutes of gameplay it was "Bitch" this and "Fuck" that. No one talks like that. The swearing did slow down but the dialogue was filled with too many contradictions and cringe moments to keep up. Seriously, what straight guy is going to grab a black dildo, put it up to his forearm and say "It's as big as my arm" Huh??? It's dialogue straight out of a porn video.

Animations:
Both good and bad. Some are too quick and some are far too slow. The Dev seems to have an issue with cumshots.

Renders:
Good, the only highlight of this game.

Overall reaction:

If this was a comic, it would be fine because comics are usually random like this but this game was supposed to be geared towards players that prefer male protagonist. This isn't that. The content is unavoidable, nothing matters here. You're forced into fucking your cheating EX, then the girl pimp you hook up with pimps everyone out including you, it's just a hot mess.

Do better, Devs. Stop shoehorning and jerking players around and I promise you, you will have longterm success.

You'd think i'd enjoy this with the amount of lesbian scenes but it's just let down by damn near everything.

THIS HAS SPOILERS, BE WARNED.

I say near everything because the girls are all attractive and that's a plus .... and the sex scenes are okay.

First the MC. He's just unlikeable for me. All he does is sleep, talk about how tired he is and complain about his ex that cheated on him.

Then the real problems start. Firstly his sister is made out to be this pure innocent virgin that everyone likes except she's a hypocrite.

When MC and Sam start a relationship, Sam comes on to the sister and then the sister calls her out for trying to cheat on her brother and it's a great scene ..... except when she then starts fucking her brother and tells him she's okay sneaking around behind Sams back. So she's fine with cheating as long as it benefits her.

MC has an ex that cheated on him. He hates cheats, we know this because he spends the entire game telling us how much he hates his ex after she cheated on him.......

His new girlfriend Sam then cheats on him with the ex that cheated on him. They split up, fall out then get back together.

Then it ends with him about to cheat on her by fucking his sister.

Then we have Sam and her psycho tendencies.

The only likeable character is Eve and she's barely in it.

For some bizarre reason it's tagged for romance but with everyone cheating on everyone else, mood swings, arguments and the usual relationship drama I don't see the romance.

The whole Sam and MC relationship started off great but by the end it was just a hot mess where you know they are better off apart because it aint ending well.

If that's the relationship ark they are going for, part 2's writing better work miracles because making that relationship look romantic after that hot mess is going to be a challenge.

This game is absolutely NOT for everyone.
I'll tell you why, but I have to warn you that there will be MAJOR Spoilers, this is how I like my Ratings to be (the ones I read and ones I create)

The story is EXTREMELY kinetic.
There are 3 choices in the very beginning, but none changes ANYTHING, the outcome is exactly the same, with a few different dialogues for the scenes they're in.
The 4th choice is where to cum, which only happens 1 time with the redhead (out of the 92357 times we duck her), and it changes NOTHING as well.

I actually liked most of the story, I just don't like 1 person That is by design, can't be changed, it's how the game is.
This is why I say, it's not for everyone.

Why exactly do I say this? Well, let me tell you about everything that the Spoiler 1 person does to you:

-So yeah, I don't like Spoiler 1 character, but I GUESS that's the design intended.
-MC never stops to think about anything, always makes bad decisions, is blind, always thinks with his second head.

Now about who I like in this game (and a few small details I dislike on her story arch):
The sister (blonde), of course, she's sweet, cute, hot, smart, the whole package.
I have to say what I never thought I'd say about another Inceton character:
She's better than Jessica (from Lust Theory) to me, and I loved Jessica.

Now the details in her story I dislike:

Anyway, all I wanted to say about the story is over, so here's small issue with liquids (which Inceton is not known to be good at anyways):
Some things seem unfinished, many sex scenes earlier in the game have no liquids in facials and creampies, etc (the characters talk about it "wow, so much" but there's nothing on her face/chest or whatever, depending on where MC finished.
Later in the game there are liquids, so I found this quite weird.

But tbh, the liquids assets used in this game are miles above the usual, comparing to Lust Theory even. So good job Inceton, they learned.

I very rarely write a review this early, but will make an exception this time for those who, like me, want to engage in an actual story. So count this as a warning...or not if all you want is nice renders, good animations and fluff for all the rest.

First, the good: These guys create good looking women--no doubt. Although the sleepy, half-lidded eye thing is getting a bit predictable. Also, the animations are above average and certainly help from a visual perspective.

Second, the bad: After what I mentioned above, the rest falls into a ditch. I found it ironic that they disabled the auto advance and skip functions. That's too bad as the only good parts of the game are the sex scenes. So if that's all you're here for, then re-enable quick menu items and jump from one sex scene to the next.

However, if you don't like forced sex, lack of choice, agency, or the chance to exercise independent thought in a VN, my advice is to try something else as you will be disappointed.

First thing first, the game, is way above most others on many aspect, despite my three stars rating.

The renders are excellent, the characters really nice to look at.
The soundtrack if rather decent as well.

The game has a LOT of sex, and by a lot, I mean, too fucking much. I never thought I'd say that one day, but there is simply way too many sex scenes in that game.
While sex, is important to the actual story, considering that well, just about everyone is cheating on each other at one point or another, or eventually will... or something... There's a point where it's just too much.

It started off rather well, there were some sex scenes, and the story was moving forward at a decent pace as well.

Then, the plot began, and it nearly becomes a fuckfest, not quite, but nearly, for reasons that may make sense at some point, but feel like way too much way too quickly. It would have gained in quality if it was spread a bit more in my opinion.

At one point, some sex scenes, get "buttons", 3 "speeds", with various segment 5,6 and so on. While the previous scenes were just, well, scenes, just advancing the dialogues... some scenes have those buttons, that literally serve no purpose whatsoever. It would have been a whole lot better, if those fucking buttons were never implemented, it breaks the flow, and has no purpose whatsoever.

Since I have not seen a single choice, this seems to be a kinetic novel. Those "speed buttons" do no even direct the speed, but simply move the scene forward within the same area (oral, kissing, touching, vaginal, anal, etc.)
That, is one of the reasons I withdrew a star, this is a shitty design choice, and has no place or no purpose in a kinetic novel.

Now, why did I remove a second star? The writing started off well enough, but, once the fuck fest and cheating around began, it felt like watching one of those shitty sitcom from the 90's, with way too much drama/sex, while the plot seemed to.... loose the plot.

What happened between the brother and sister, was extremely predictable, but it happened so.... poorly, it was horribly disappointing. The sex itself, was fairly nice and sweet. The situations and emotions leading to it, made no fucking sense whatsoever. It is way too unbelievable for it to happen this quickly. The actions leading to it, were way too quick, and way too improbable, and yet horribly predictable from the previous scenes. You just know how and why it's going to happen, about 15/20 minutes in.

With all that said, if you're in it for the porn, you're in for a treat.

The renders and animations, are more than likely, in the top tier of what is currently available in here. They are all excellent, one could say, near or at a professional level even. On the character designs, models, render quality and so on, this would more than likely score some top marks.
As stated before, there are a LOT of them, and they are NOT the typical 3 seconds loop either. Looping, is present of course, but the scenes are long, detailed, and better than an actual porn movie in some respect.

Warning though: if like me lesbian sex turns you off, you'll have issues with a large chunk of them. Very few scenes involve the male MC, and for a large chunk of them, lesbians/bi females will be involved. There are also a fair amount of girl/girl only scenes, so this might not be for every one out there either. With that said, despite the content, the scenes do remain of an extremely high quality, so from an artistic stand point, they look really good. From a fapper's point, that might not "do it for you" depending on your tastes.

Last and not least, the drama. There's simply too much of it, from all sides, from every single character involved. I believe the pace should be slowed down a notch, or two. And give a chance for things to actually build up.

This has great potential, but I'm not certain of the outcome.

It would also be nice, if the dialogues would not, nearly ALL the time, contain the dialogues and the thoughts of just about all main characters. That's WAY too much reading, and the thoughts were "weakly written" in my opinion.
The last thing that annoyed me greatly, was the auto move of the text every time a character gets interrupted, leading every single fucking time, to me having to do a rollback to have a chance at reading what got interrupted. This was annoying beyond belief.

I would classify this more as a porn game with a touch of story involved rather than a story with some porn sprinkled in. And you know what? Thats OK! For what its setting out to do I think it delivered really well. If your easily offended by cheating or sharing than clearly this game isnt for you but if you are looking for a solid porn game and a healthy wank - give it a shot - it delivers tons of kinks right off the getgo.

Well, this game would have been much better as a female protagonist game with Sam(gf) as the protagonist since she is the chad lesbian that fucks every girl in the game and even cucks the male mc , right now what we have is a MC who is a miserable man that is nothing more than a walking dildo that is not respected or loved by anyone. He is just like his gf's dog, does whatever she wants and puts up with everything she does. *SPOLIERS ahead: Both his ex gf and current gf cheat on him and don't care about him. MC is so pathetic that when he catches his girl cheating on him he apologizes just because she gets sad that she was busted lol, I cant make this shit up. Then of course, he forgives her just some MINUTES later, thats it, she didnt even had to do anything, and you as the player dont get to choose anything about this.
And that brings us to the "choices": This game has some few choices at the very beginning that mean nothing, it doesnt matter what you pick the outcome is always the same, later the choices stop appearing altogether, so it is kinetic. You dont get to choose anything in this game.
This has to be one of the least likeable MC I have ever seen, and the same can be said about his LIs.
The only good part about this game is the renders and it has some nice animations thats why I dont hit it with a 1 star. Because even the story and dialogs are so bad.
